According to local media reports, both the planning and financing of the two projects have been in preparation for several months. The relevant applications for the issuance of AOC and operating license will soon be submitted to the central government. Regarding the new airport, it is estimated that it can go into partial operation as early as the end of 2025. This is designed for five million passengers every year.
