Online application day: Austro Control is again looking for young air traffic controllers

On August 9, 2023, the Austrian air traffic control service Austro Control will again hold an online application day for people who are interested in working as an air traffic controller. They can obtain first-hand information and, if desired, apply straight away. 

The job day will be held online on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 17:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. A registration at www.startfrei.at is required. We are looking for young people between the ages of 17 and 26 with a high school diploma, who have good spatial imagination, enjoy working in a team and are stress-resistant. The prerequisite for admission is the passing of a multi-stage selection process with a final assessment center and a positive medical check by the pilot.
