The aircraft manufacturer Pilatus was able to deliver the PC-2021 number 12 at the end of April 1.800. The machine with the serial number 2070 went to Alán Aguirre. He is the owner of Divine Flavor LLC, a US company based in Nogales, Arizona, which also owns greenhouses and vineyards in Mexico.

According to Pilatus, the PC-12 is the world's best-selling single-engine business jet. The manufacturer also sees itself as the market leader in this segment. “We feel honored to be able to work with Pilatus and its committed employees. We will continue to rely on a trusting partnership with Pilatus and our customers in the future and look forward to the next 1800 PC-12s, ”says Adrian Zambrano, Managing Director of the Authorized Pilatus Sales Center in Mexico.

With the introduction of the PC-12 NGX, which was first presented in autumn 2019 at the US trade fair, the National Business Aviation Association Convention & Exhibition, Pilatus is offering another major technological advance. The latest generation of the PC-12 is for the first time equipped with an electronic propeller and engine control system - unique in this aircraft category. The Pratt & Whitney PT6-67E engine is coupled with an automatic thrust control, which significantly reduces the workload of the pilot. In addition, the maintenance intervals could be reduced, which results in lower operating costs. The new engine technology is also characterized by the so-called “Propeller Low Speed” mode, which reduces the propeller speed when cruising and lowers the noise level in the cabin without affecting the speed. The PC-12 NGX also has larger cabin windows, a new air distribution system and higher quality passenger seats that offer more comfort.

“We are very proud that Mr. Aguirre can receive this milestone aircraft. The PC-12 program exceeded all our expectations in the past and with the brand new NGX we are once again reaching a fantastic level, which is reflected in the current demand. Many operators of previous PC-12 versions have switched to the brand new PC-12 NGX because of the combination of speed, comfort and fuel efficiency, ”said Thomas Bosshard, CEO of Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd.
