At Österreichische-Postbus AG, the GPF union successfully concluded salary negotiations with the company on November 16, 2021.

Wages, salaries and allowances will increase by 3,7 percent, but at least by 81 euros. The new agreement applies from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022 for all salaried employees, special contract employees, service officers and civil servants of the company. “Despite the difficult framework conditions, the union achieved a proud result in tough negotiations with the employer. The agreed increase of 3,7 percent brings a noticeable increase in real wages for Postbus employees, especially in the difficult time of the corona pandemic, ”says Robert Wurm, who led the negotiations with his team.
