In August, significantly more people once again took the low-cost airline.

Last month, the airline carried 11,1 million passengers, as Ryanair announced in Dublin on Thursday. This was an increase of almost 60 percent compared to the same month last year, when the airline welcomed seven million on board. Even compared to the previous month, the numbers continued to rise: In July of this year, the low-coster had counted 9,3 million passengers. Ryanair has not yet reached the level before the pandemic, in August 2019 the company had flown 14,9 million passengers.
