The Ryanair Group is said to be in final negotiations with the aircraft manufacturer Boeing about a possible large order for further Boeing 737-Max. A few weeks ago, the talks, which had initially been broken off without any result, were resumed.

The Reuters news agency reports, citing two people familiar with the matter, that there are said to be 150 machines plus 50 options and that the purchase contract is about to be signed. It is assumed that the order will be a combined Boeing 737 Max 200 and B737 Max 10. Both the airline and the aircraft manufacturer initially did not want to comment on the reporting. An announcement can be expected on Tuesday at the earliest, according to Reuters.
