Smartwings has added Bratislava-Bahrain

The airline Smartwings has been operating a non-stop connection between Bratislava and Bahrain on behalf of a tour operator since October 2, 2023. This is served by Boeing 737-800 on Wednesday and Friday.

Boeing 737-Max-8s will also be used at certain points. As of December 1, 2023, the frequency will be reduced to weekly. From January 6, 2024, the charter flights will no longer be offered until further notice.
