The Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings intends to offer domestic German flights between Düsseldorf and Leipzig/Halle again in the 2024 summer flight schedule.

The route has been unused for some time. Eurowings is now planning to reactivate this on a small scale. According to Leipzig/Halle Airport, flights will resume three times a week from April 8, 2024. The circulations should be carried out on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. However, compared to the offer that existed before the corona pandemic, this is extremely low frequency.
