On June 1, 2021, Stefan-Kenan Scheib will take over the management of Swiss flight operations. Before that, he was Head of Lufthansa Aviation Training Pilot Schools in Munich. Scheib succeeds Oliver Buchhofer, who as Head of Operations at Swiss took over responsibility for safe and smooth overall operations on April 1, 2021.

In his new role, Stefan-Kenan Scheib is in charge of around 1.400 pilots and is responsible for overall strategic responsibility for Swiss flight operations. In his role, he will report directly to his predecessor Oliver Buchhofer, who as Head of Operations and Accountable Manager at Swiss took over responsibility for secure and smooth overall operations on April 1, 2021.
