The Swiss airline will hire new pilots again next year and at the same time train cadets again. The latter takes place in cooperation with the European Flight Academy.

In 2023, after a break due to Corona, Swiss International Air Lines will again recruit and train new pilot students and hire 80 first officers who have already been trained by Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland (LAT).

"After a two-year hiring freeze, we are very pleased to be able to offer a new generation of Swiss pilots perspectives and attractive jobs above the clouds and to be able to welcome new colleagues with us again. We would now like to train new cockpit staff in order to secure young talent for Swiss flight operations in the future," says Stefan-Kenan Scheib, Head of Flight Operations.
