Swiss with new First and Business menus from the Canton of Bern

Last week, Swiss began serving specialties from the canton of Bern on its long-haul flights in first and business class. These were designed by the host couple Marc Joshua Engel and Cynthia Lauper from the gourmet restaurant "Aux Trois Amis" in Schernelz on Lake Biel.

Passengers in Premium Economy Class receive a three-course menu with specialties inspired by the Bern region. “The 'Aux Trois Amis' combines Bernese cuisine with original influences from all over the world. The host couple creates a culinary experience that is unique - a special highlight are the hearty desserts combined with fresh herbs. I am very pleased that our passengers can now also enjoy such creations”.
