Tap with new DA-CH market manager

The airline Tap Air Portugal has appointed Stefan Eiche as a new market manager for the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region. Most recently he worked for Tus Airways.

The 54-year-old Eiche has extensive experience in sales management and has tourism and aviation in his blood: After studying business administration, he began his career at Hapag-Lloyd Business Travel GmbH, where he worked as Office Manager from 1996-1999. Various management positions in the aviation industry followed - from 2000-2015 at SAS Scandinavian Airlines, 2013-2015 as Regional General Manager Central Europe. From 2016-2020 he was already responsible for the DACH region at Australian Qantas as Commercial Manager. In 2021-2022 he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at the Cyprus airline TUS. The Hamburger by choice loves to travel and is enthusiastic about sports, including golf and skiing.
