Tip: mountain bike congress in Saalbach

More than just an adrenaline sport, mountain biking is an immersive life experience with a multitude of impacts on different aspects of human life. The Mountain Bike Congress Austria, from October 03rd to 05th in Saalbach, deals with these aspects in detail.

"When we move away from the purely monetary aspect of mountain biking and take a more holistic view, we realize that mountain biking fosters a community of like-minded people and has positive effects on individual and collective health," says organizer Harald Maier.

The congress will illuminate these topics from different perspectives under the title “Value(e) Creation Bike”. From the economic to the psychological perspective, mountain biking is viewed as a holistic experience. "We want to research how mountain biking can create added value that goes beyond the purely economic aspects," explains Maier.
