The tour operator Tui Austria is currently registering particularly high booking payments for simmer holidays on the Greek islands. Crete, Rhodes and Kos are the trend. But Karpathos, Zakynthos, Thessaloniki and Santorini are also frequently booked.

Last year, Crete and Rhodes were able to record historic highs in the number of guests, and for the 2023 summer season the bookings for the Greek islands are significantly higher. On average, Greece recorded 25 percent more Tui guests from Austria compared to the previous year. The Greek islands of Crete, Rhodes and Kos are particularly in demand. But many other Greek destinations such as Corfu, Karpathos, Zakynthos, Thessaloniki, Kefalonia, Samos, Santorini and Skiathos are also offered in the TUI portfolio.
