Crisis makes you inventive: In the future, Finnair employees will again prepare various meals. However, these are not intended for consumption on board. As part of a new campaign, the carrier is starting a collaboration with the online delivery service Foodora today. 

The Finnish airline is also struggling with the consequences of the pandemic, and the company recently raised its savings targets. Despite these cuts, economic considerations will not be neglected. Because from now on Finnair is not only offering the so-called “Taste of Finnair” to passengers, but also delivering it to customers on their own doorstep.

The company names the south of the country around the Finnish capital Helsinki as the first market. “Taste of Finnair was born out of a desire to grow our business. But above all to offer our employees employment during the CoV crisis, ”says Marika Nieminen, Vice President Finnair Kitchen.
