Viennese start-up opens store at Vienna Airport

Today the Viennese start-up waterdrop opened in the shopping plaza in Terminal 2.

Vienna Airport is thus expanding its range of domestic brands: Located in Terminal 2 behind the security check in the shopping plaza, the new store is open daily from 7 a.m. to 20 p.m. The brand wants to encourage people to drink water with their product: water bottles can be filled directly in the store and a wide variety of natural flavors can be tried out. The drops contain natural ingredients, are sugar-free and can be easily dissolved in the glass.

“With waterdrop, the airport is getting prominent growth: the young brand has made it from a start-up to a successful international company. In the new airport store, passengers have the opportunity to take a local quality product with them on their journey. We are very pleased to have represented this creative Austrian brand with us," says Julian Jäger, CEO of Flughafen Wien AG.
