Winter 2024/25: Iberia sets course for Salzburg

In the 2024/25 winter flight schedule, the Spanish airline Iberia will connect Salzburg Airport with Madrid twice a week.

Salzburg is one of the top destinations for winter sports guests - with the new connection to Salzburg, Iberia offers winter sports-loving Spaniards a direct flight option to Salzburg. But the new direct flight is also an ideal opportunity for people from Salzburg and the entire region to get to know the Spanish metropolis of Madrid. “For a short city trip, it is ideal to fly out on Wednesday and come home on Saturday. If you want to stay longer than three days, you also have this option with the twice weekly flights,” Ganghofer continued.
