Winter 2024/25: Schauinsland reports high demand

The German tour operator Schauinsland-Reisen says it is already seeing high demand for package tours for the winter of 2024/25. Vacations in the Canary Islands, Egypt and Turkey are particularly popular.

“The strong early bird trend will continue for the coming winter and has even increased again,” emphasizes Schauinsland Reisen tourism director Andreas Rüttgers. On the one hand, a particularly large number of guests had already taken advantage of the early bird phase for the upcoming summer, and on the other hand, the booking time had moved further forward, so that many had already booked their summer vacation in November and December. “Many people are booking for the coming winter even earlier than last year,” says Andreas Rüttgers. “Guests now know that the earlier they book, the more they can save.”
