The Ryanair Group is suspending its flight connections to Amman from various European airports, including Vienna-Schwechat. Competitor Wizz Air is now taking a jibe at this and offering affected passengers so-called rescue fares.

Affected passengers can benefit from special tariffs with Wizz Air on flights to and from Amman up to and including April 30th. Passengers can book a WIZZ flight departing within 3 days before and 3 days after their original Ryanair flight. The rescue tariff of EUR 29,99 applies to each flight, subject to availability. Passengers can make a booking on a dedicated page of Wizz Air's official website (https://wizzair.com/de-de/rescue) by entering the 6-digit booking reference code of their canceled Ryanair flight.
