The entire workforce of the Latvian airline, including the flying staff, is immune to Corona.

Half of the employees have now had at least two bites of the CoV vaccination. Some have already recovered from Covid-19 within the past six months, the company said. “Vaccination is the only way out of this pandemic. I thank our professional team for their commitment. This makes us the first airline in Europe to achieve full employee immunity, ”said airline boss Martin Gauss.

In total, Air Baltic currently employs more than 1 people, including 490 pilots and 228 cabin crew.
