The new winter timetable at Klagenfurt Airport starts with seven scheduled flight destinations. Ryanair in particular is bringing a breath of fresh air.

The new winter flight schedule at Klagenfurt Airport will start on October 30, 2022. In addition to the classic destinations of Vienna and Cologne, London-Stansted is another highlight. Ryanair is responsible for this. The Irish low-cost carrier is celebrating a comeback in Klagenfurt. In addition to London, there are also Dublin, Manchester and Brussels. Ryanair will fly to and from Manchester once a week from mid-December. From November, the low-cost airline will connect Klagenfurt twice a week with Brussels, Dublin and London-Stansted. The first machine will touch down in Klagenfurt on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 15.25:XNUMX p.m.

“Klagenfurt Airport is making a clear statement with its winter flight schedule. We want to continue to build on this attractive and varied programme," says Airport Managing Director Nils Witt.

In addition to the daily scheduled flights to Vienna with Austrian Airlines, Eurowings will be returning from December 20 with initially 2 weekly direct flights between Cologne-Bonn and Klagenfurt. After a forced break due to corona, the Dutch Transavia is also back in the winter flight schedule with the Rotterdam-Klagenfurt route. The inspiration for this is the popular ice skating event at Lake Weissensee, according to the airport in a press release.
