The Chamber of Labor of Lower Austria is setting up an information stand at Vienna-Schwechat Airport again this year. This will be available from July 30, 2021 in Terminal 1, which is currently only used for check-in.

“The consumer advocates of AK Niederösterreich know how to react correctly to unpleasant surprises at the holiday destination and what to do if there are problems with the flight. They will advise travelers on site at Terminal 29 of Vienna-Schwechat Airport until August 1, ”said the AK in a media statement.

This year, the consumer protectors of the Chamber of Labor are also likely to be concerned with sometimes strange interpretations of corona measures by airlines. For example, some providers produce queues in which passengers are forced to the counter despite web check-in.
