Berlin: Wizz Air takes on Iasi

The low-cost airline Wizz Air will be offering non-stop flights between Berlin and Iasi in Romania from March 27, 2023. The route also serves as a replacement for flights to Moldova, which will be discontinued in mid-March 2023 due to safety concerns.

Due to the geographical proximity, Iasi Airport is used as an alternative landing site for Chișinău. Wizz Air announced a few days ago that due to security concerns, the Moldova offer was canceled will be temporarily adjusted.
