The airline Swiss intends to reactivate the non-stop connection between Bremen and Zurich at the beginning of the winter flight planning period 2021/22. According to the current state of planning, it is planned that the majority of the rotations will be carried out with Embraer regional jets from Helvetic Airways.

The competitor Ryanair will take up additional routes from the Hanseatic city as early as the beginning of July 2021. These are the destinations Porto, Chania, Zadar and London-Stansted. The Croatian destination is to be served with an Airbus A320 from Lauda Europe. The Ryanair Group has eight routes on sale from Bremen this summer.
