The French airline Corsair International changed hands at the end of 2020. The German Intro Aviation and Tui are no longer on board. The new owner is a consortium of investors from French Guinea and Reunion.
At the same time, the management team also changed. Pascal de Izaguirre will remain CEO, with Éric Kourry, Patrick Vial-Collet, Dominique Perben, Denis Lesueur, Martine Haas, Albane Leluan, Chantal Le Metayer and Angélique Chaulet as extended company management. The French state and the investors will recapitalize Corsair. In contrast to the previous majority owner, Intro Aviation, Tui is participating with a grant of 126 million euros. France contributes 141 million euros and the new owners put 30 million euros in the Corsair till.
