In the latest in-flight magazine, the low-cost airline Wizz Air announced two further destinations from Vienna-Schwechat: Treviso and Verona. These are not bookable and there is a reason for that. The company said it was a mistake.

It remains to be seen whether Wizz Air had planned to fly from Vienna to Treviso and Verona and changed their mind at short notice. According to a spokeswoman, however, it was a mistake in the on-board magazine. Furthermore: "These connections are not available from Vienna and there are currently no plans to take them up".

The destinations of Olbia, Split and Dubrovnik, which are also mentioned, are not affected by this "misprint" and are offered by Wizz Air from Vienna International Airport. The carrier recently announced that from November 2021 only the Airbus A321neo machine type will be stationed at this airport.
