Flughafen Wien AG will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on August 24, 2021. Due to the corona pandemic, this will again be held as an online live event.

The management board and the supervisory board will report from the partners from Office Park 4. Flughafen Wien AG makes use of the current legal provisions that make it possible to hold general meetings online. This means that, according to the resolution of the Management Board, shareholders and their representatives (with the exception of the special proxy pursuant to Section 24 (2021) COVID-3-GesV) cannot be physically present at the general meeting of Flughafen Wien Aktiengesellschaft on August 4, 19. The virtual general meeting takes place exclusively in the physical presence of the chairmen of the supervisory board, the members of the management board, the notarizing public notary and the four special proxies proposed by the company in 1300 Vienna Airport, Office Park 4 ,verbindstrasse (object 683).

All shareholders of the company can attend the Annual General Meeting on August 24, 2021 from approx. 10:00 a.m., Vienna time, using suitable technical aids (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone as well as internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for streaming videos) participate as a virtual general meeting on the Internet at www.viennaairport.com. You do not need to register or log in to follow the Annual General Meeting.
