The new corona regulations of the German federal government for returnees from risk areas are still a long time coming. Like the news magazine "Travel before 9"Reports, these should only come into effect after the autumn break.

This role is justified backwards with delays in the digitization of the entry forms. This problem could only be resolved on November 1st - one month after the actual starting shot of the adapted test and quarantine rules. Until then, the uncomfortable step into self-isolation can still be prevented by free PCR tests after landing.

A few weeks ago, the federal and state governments decided that returnees from risk areas must definitely isolate themselves for five days - only then is it possible to end the quarantine prematurely with a negative test. Those who feel too bad for that are not allowed to leave the house for two weeks.
