Exactly one year ago to the day, Aviation.Direct was launched as a new specialist portal for aviation, travel and tourism. Since then, around 5.550 messages, reports and reports have been published - an average of around 15 per day.

The Austrian-Maltese team behind Aviation.Direct has set up to offer extensive and independent reporting from the worlds of flying, travel and tourism. The start in the middle of the corona pandemic was of course not exactly easy, but a challenge that was gladly accepted.

The fact that Aviation.Direct was even launched is owed to the fact that the once leading aviation portal in Austria had to give up, creating a niche in the market that could be filled with a new concept. So there was an opportunity that was taken.

In the free market, readers decide for themselves what interests them and what is not. Aviation.Direct's reporting endeavors to offer the broadest possible spectrum of information in order to cover as many areas of interest as possible. Of course, there are areas that still have to be expanded and, of course, the goal was overshot every now and then.

Of course you set yourself certain goals or get these set by the owners. These could be exceeded. Put simply, this means that Aviation.Direct is not only solid and stable, but also has ambitious goals for new features and growth for the next 12 months.
