The airline Jazeera Airways intends to purchase 20 Airbus A320neo and eight A321neo. A corresponding Memorandum of Understanding was signed as part of the Dubai Air Show.
“Jazeera Airways is pleased to expand its longstanding relationship with Airbus with this significant new order. We will effectively double our current fleet size to 2026 aircraft by 35. The airline pulled out of the pandemic sharply in the third quarter and returned to profitability. We have exciting expansion plans ahead of us that will further strengthen our contribution to the Kuwaiti economy and especially the travel sector, ”said Marwan Boodai, Chairman of Jazeera Airways.
