Since May 2017, passengers at Graz Airport have been connected to the world via the large transfer airport.

On May 15, 2017, KLM started the flight connection between Graz and Amsterdam, the third busiest airport in Europe. Travelers from Styria can fly to 167 international destinations via Amsterdam. In the summer of 2022, KLM will fly 5-7 times a week with an Embraer 175 from GRZ to AMS. The flight connection is operated by KLM with an Embraer 175. This offers a capacity of 20 seats in Business Class, eight seats in Economy Comfort Zone and 60 seats in Economy Class.

“Our passengers – whether business travelers or holidaymakers – value KLM’s global route network and the efficient transfer airport at Schiphol. Amsterdam is an attractive and worthwhile city trip destination at any time of the year and the Dutch appreciate the short flight journey to explore the tourist highlights of Graz and Styria and to transform the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg into a sea of orange flags during the Formula 1 weekend ”, say Wolfgang Grimus and Jürgen Loeschnig, Managing Directors of Graz Airport.
