The French airline La Compagnie is postponing take-offs at Tel Aviv and Milan-Malpensa airports. The non-stop flights from the Italian metropolis are only to be operated from March 27, 2022.

La Compagnie originally announced that from November 29, 2021, five weekly trips between Milan-Malpensa and New York Newark will be served. This date does not hold up, but the first flight is scheduled to take place on March 27, 2022. The French airline did not provide a more detailed reason for the decision.

Flights on the Tel Aviv-New York Newark route via Paris-Orly are also affected. These should actually have been offered throughout the entire summer timetable period of 2021. The start is now planned for December 6, 2021. For the time being, two rotations per week are to be carried out. The stay in Paris-Orly is around 1,5 hours.

La Compagnie is a French airline specializing in long-haul flights in Orly and Nice. The carrier uses the Airbus A321LR model in pure business class seating. In the past, Boeing 757s were also used.
