The Scottish regional airline Loganair plans to expand its presence at London Heathrow Airport. The intention is to connect the largest airport in the United Kingdom with other regional airports. The necessary slots have already been secured.

At the same time, the carrier is looking for a buyer because the Bond brothers want each other retire for reasons of agen. Nothing is currently known about potential buyers. The company always emphasizes that this is not an emergency sale and that there is therefore no time pressure. Only recently it became known that Loganair is getting on in years Saab 340 will be phased out. Additional ATR machines will be added to the fleet as a replacement.

London-Heathrow is said to play an important role in the current strategy, which is characterized by expansion. The company currently offers non-stop flights to the Isle of Man. While just about everything is becoming more expensive at Heathrow, Loganair says there will be a reduced fare for domestic flights operated with smaller aircraft from next year.
