The Icelandic airline Play has launched its second Airbus A321neo. This has the registration TF-PLA and is 3,5 years old. The aircraft was previously used by Interjet and is leased from AerCap.
With the TF-AEW, which was obtained from the same lecturer, the Icelandic start-up recently started scheduled flight operations. This Airbus A321neo also flew for the Mexican Interjet before. The third machine will be identical and has an identical past. The serial number is 7945, but the registration has not yet been confirmed.
Play also announced that it is now listed on the Nasdaq Nordic First North Growth Market Island. The young airline has thus completed its IPO and the shares are now being traded. From Keflavik, Play offers various destinations within Europe. In Germany, you head for Berlin-Brandenburg and flights to Salzburg in Austria are also planned for winter 2021.
