There has been a change in the board of directors of the airline Swiss. Lufthansa Chief Financial Officer Remco Steenbergen succeeds Detlef Kayser, who has left the company. The change was made in the course of an extraordinary general assembly.

The new member of the Board of Directors Remco Steenbergen has been a member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG since January 1, 2021 and holds the function of Chief Financial Officer. The Swiss Board of Directors now consists of Reto Francioni (President), Christina Foerster, Doris Russi Schurter, André Blattmann and the new member Remco Steenbergen.
