Flughafenfreunde Wien are once again organizing a public day including a collectors' fair this year. This will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the event hall of Office Park 4 at Vienna-Schwechat Airport.

Due to the currently valid corona regulations of the federal government, the so-called 3G certificate applies. Specifically, this means that visitors must show proof of vaccination, recovery or negative test at the entrance.

In cooperation with Vienna Airport, the Airport Friends' Public Day has a new concept this year. In addition to the traditional aviation collectors' market, there are also information stands from airlines and travel agencies as well as other aviation-related partners of the association this year. The airport friends also present themselves at a booth.

In addition to airport friends, there are airline partners such as Qatar Airways, Aeroflot, All Nippon Airways and many more. also the flight school Skyflight Academy, Austrocontrol, Diamond Aircraft, etc. A photo box, the Birdly flight simulator of the VIE visitor world and a jet shop pop up store round off the program and make the event an event for the whole family.

Furthermore, short travel lectures will be held in the event room of the new Office Park 4, where the event will take place. On-site gastronomy: Noodle King in OP4 is open for the event from 11 a.m. to 14 p.m. and offers coffee to go in addition to Asian dishes.
