The Ukrainian airline start-up Bees Airline has taken over the first two Boeing 737-800s. The carrier has not yet received the AOC and operating license, but its own information is about to receive the certificates.

Both machines are leased and, according to CH-Aviation.com, were previously used by Ukraine International. The carrier's home base is Kiev-Schuljany Airport, which, unlike Borispil, is located within the urban area of the capital of Ukraine. Wizz Air, for example, maintains a base here, which is why strong competition is to be expected.

The UR-URB has already been transferred to Shulyany. According to CH-Aviation.com, the UR-URA is still in Rzeszow (Poland). Both machines were manufactured in 2010. Bees Airlines intends to start flight operations immediately after receipt and operate charter flights to Marsa Alam and Mombasa on behalf of a tour operator.
