Due to the extremely tense situation in Armenia and Azerbaijan with regard to Nagorno-Karabakh, Ukraine International Airlines is now canceling all flights to Yerevan. This measure is provisionally valid until October 31, 2020.

The carrier announced that the decision was made in consultation with the Ukrainian authorities. At the moment, Ukraine International believes that due to the armed conflict, the destination cannot be served safely. The situation is still being monitored. If necessary, the temporary hiring could also be extended. Azerbaijan is currently banning all civil flights.
