In the course of the announced easing of entry into the USA, an increasing demand for leisure, visiting and business trips is noticeable at the AUA sister.
“We very much welcome the announced easing of entry into the USA and are seeing a sharp rise in demand for leisure, visiting and business trips in the short term. In particular, we offer a wide range of offers and services to meet the changing needs and demands of our business travelers, ”says Tamur Goudarzi Pour, Swiss Chief Commercial Officer.
Overall, the airline is again recording a significantly higher proportion of business travelers, and this also applies in particular to small and medium-sized companies in Switzerland with an international focus. The route network currently includes over 90 percent of the 2019 destinations from Zurich and Geneva, with even lower capacity.
Lounge offer is being expanded
In order to meet the increasing demand, the carrier is also expanding its current lounge offer at Zurich Airport and opening the Swiss Alpine Lounge daily from 7:06 a.m. to 00:18 p.m. for Senators and Star Gold guests from October 00th. Passengers of the Lufthansa subsidiary can also use Lounge Center A including the First Class Lounge and the Senator Lounge in Dock E with extended opening hours.
