With the start of the winter timetable period 2021/22, the Ryanair Group intends to reactivate the destinations Agadir, Pisa and Marseille from Vienna-Schwechat. All three destinations were previously offered by the now defunct Laudamotion.

The Atlantic city in Morocco was deleted from the flight plan long before the corona pandemic by the Laudamotion at the time. The background at the time was that demand was weak and the route caused high costs for the airline due to the long flight duration. Ryanair wants to fly again between Vienna and Agadir on Thursday and Sunday from October 31, 2021.

Pisa is also a former Lauda route, which was deleted from the flight plan for lack of profitability. Ryanair will offer these from November 1, 2021 on Mondays and Fridays. The route is to be served with aircraft from the Maltese subsidiary Lauda Europe.

Marseille has been suspended due to the corona pandemic and is to be served three times a week from Vienna-Schwechat from November 2, 2021. Airplanes from Lauda Europe are used on Tuesdays and Saturdays. On Thursdays, the route is operated from France by aircraft from sister company Malta Air.
