People who want to fly or drive to France must take into account that vaccinated people must provide proof of a booster vaccination after a maximum of four months. Otherwise, they are not considered vaccinated according to the entry rules and must present a negative corona test.

France accepts two stitches against Covid-19 just four months after the second vaccination. After that you need a booster or you can no longer benefit from the ease of entry for vaccinated people. Only children and young people are currently exempt from the refresher course obligation. France generally recognizes both PCR and antigen results upon entry. The maximum period of validity must be observed.

It should also be noted that France practices the 2G rule in many areas of daily life as well as in national long-distance transport (flights, buses, trains and ships). If you cannot present valid 2G proof, you are excluded from carriage. Children and young people up to the age of 15 may still show a negative corona test.
