The Turkish Antalya Airport will be operated by Fraport until at least the end of 2026. The concession was extended for two years. At the same time, Turkey is granting a concession due to the corona pandemic.
The concession fee for 2022 is deferred for two years and therefore does not have to be transferred until 2024. Antalya recorded a 73 percent decline due to the worldwide collapse in travel in the previous year. 9,7 million passengers were counted. For comparison: in the record year 2019, there were 35,5 million passengers.
