The tour operator Rhomberg Reisen will offer charter flights from Salzburg to Preveza in summer 2022. According to the tour operator, these are to be carried out between May 19 and October 13, 2022. It is exciting, however, that Lübeck Air is named as the operating airline.

According to Rhomberg Reisen, Lübeck Air is to use an Embraer 190-E2 regional jet. However, the north German company is not an airline, but a sales company that is currently chartering ATR72 from Air Alsie and marketing the seats for its own account, i.e. a so-called virtual airline.

The tour operator's announcement strongly suggests that Lübeck Air could sign the Embraer 190-E2 for the first time. Upon request, Lübeck Airport's house brand did not want to comment on this. A spokeswoman pointed out, among other things, that they would contact us as soon as "information that is ready for a decision can be published".

Rhomberg Reisen will become independent of this in the summer of 2022 also offer Corsica from Salzburg. This connection is again carried out by Air Corsica. Embraer 170s from Peoples are used from Memmingen and Altenrhein. From Graz it will go to Calvi with the DHC Dash 8-400 with Luxair. Air Corsica flies with the A320 from Vienna.
