It's all about the sausage: Condor also relies on currywurst

Among the German airlines, it is obviously not only about the sausage, but also about the folding tables in the cabin. After Tuifly and Eurowings, Condor also offers currywurst above the clouds.

This product was once Air Berlin's unofficial "national dish". After the bankruptcy, it's kind of forgotten. Tuifly and later have Eurowings then discover the currywurst for themselves and sell it on board. Now Condor also thinks that passengers cannot do without it under any circumstances.

The sausages, which are served with potato wedges, cannot be bought spontaneously like at the currywurst stand around the corner. A pre-order is necessary. This can be done online or through travel agencies. The competitors rely on spontaneous hunger.

In Condor Economy Class, Taste the World meals and snacks can be booked up to 24 hours before departure for a fee. A snack is already included in the Economy Best tariff. In Business Class, a free selection is possible up to 24 hours before departure. The curry sausages are offered on short and medium-haul routes.
