The listed Lufthansa AG will hold the next general meeting of shareholders on May 10, 2022. Due to the corona pandemic, this will again not take place in the classic format, but digitally.

The company announced that the decision to hold the general assembly virtually again would take into account infection protection. The 69th Annual General Meeting will take place on May 10, 2022 and will be broadcast on the group's website, among other things.

Shareholders who want to ask questions to the management board or the supervisory board must submit them in advance. The company is also examining other options for shareholder participation in a virtual format.
