The Russian airline Red Wings is expanding its international route network at the beginning of November 2022. Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 will take routes to Turkey and Uzbekistan from Kazan, Ufa and Nizhniy Novgorod.

The carrier intends to fly once a week between Kazan and Tashkent from November 2, 2022. The route is to be served overnight. The available flight plan data shows that the SSJ-100 is not stationed in Kazan, but at another Russian airport. Flight WZ4120 (Tashkent-Kazan) is therefore operated within the framework of W-Pattern. It goes back to Uzbekistan as WZ4119. The operation of this route should take place on the traffic day Wednesday.

A similar picture can be seen on the Nizhniy Novgorod-Istanbul route planned from November 5, 2022. The aircraft comes from another Russian airport and flies from the Turkish metropolis as WZ4658, first to Nizhniy Novgorod and then back to Istanbul as WZ4657. It is currently planned that this route should be served on the traffic day Saturday.

With the aircraft flown in, Red Wings intends to fly from Tashkent to Ufa on Fridays. The outward flight has the flight number WZ4192 and the return flight WZ4191. The machines come from a Russian base and are to serve this route as part of W-Pattern. Red Wings intends to fly Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 regional aircraft on all three new routes.
