The Russian Federation has completely lifted flight restrictions for passenger flights departing from the Czech Republic. The same was done with regard to South Korea and the Dominican Republic.
Due to the corona pandemic, Russia has restricted air traffic from various countries. The range of measures extends from the restriction of the number of seats to the maximum number of flights per week to a complete ban. There are no longer any corona restrictions for flights starting in the Czech Republic, South Korea or the Dominican Republic.
Some airlines have already reacted and increased their Russia offer. Local carriers have also announced additional routes in the last few days. However, the lifting of the flight restrictions does not mean that the entry requirements have been relaxed. These are still upright and quite apart from the Corona travel rules, many still need a visa.
