The Emirates sister company FlyDubai wants to land more frequently in the Austrian city of Salzburg in the summer flight schedule of 2022. The carrier will offer two additional weekly Dubai rotations during the main season. There are currently up to four flights a week.

FlyDubai intends to commute between Dubai and Salzburg on Wednesday and Friday between June 29 and September 11, 2022. As a result, the flight offer will be increased to six weekly rotations. It will then be flown daily, except on Mondays.

Emirates Airline and FlyDubai belong to the same group and therefore work closely together. The Salzburg route can also be used as a feeder for Emirates flights from Dubai. Conversely, Emirates guests can also transfer to FlyDubai in the direction of Salzburg at this airport.

As a rule, the lowcoster from the United Arab Emirates uses Boeing 737 Max 8 or Boeing 737-800 planes in the direction of Austria's second largest airport. In contrast to other low-cost airlines, you also have a business class on board.
