Another special vaccination campaign was carried out at Salzburg Airport. First, second and third stitches against the coronavirus were administered in a Douglas DC-3. The action was organized by the DC-3 Club.

“Personally, I think every action that helps to get this pandemic under control is extremely important. The vaccination is the most effective tool against Corona and I am happy to be able to pick up the booster stitch in the historic plane of the DC-3 Club today, ”said airport authorized representative Christopher Losmann, who received his third stitch today.

“We associations form the backbone of society and we promote cohesion among people through our association life. The pandemic has also taken a lot from us clubs, especially the most basic of club life - the time together! As the club board, it is important for us to push the way out of the pandemic, which is why we decided to take this joint action with the airport to give our members the option of a corona vaccination in the ambience of the club, i.e. in our Douglas DC-3 Arizona Lady to be able to offer, “says the President of the 1st Austrian DC-3 Club, David Schilcher.
