The German tour operator Schauinsland-Reisen has left the holiday airline Sundair, which has so far held 49 percent. However, they want to continue to cooperate with the carrier, which is currently in protective shield proceedings.
The tour operator told Touristik Aktuell that they will continue to take over sales for Sundair's tourist routes and that they will remain the largest charter customer. The shares have been transferred in order to enable the "most efficient protective shield procedure" to be possible.
